推拿结合等速运动训练对膝关节骨性关节炎上下楼梯的影响

Clinical Study of Massage Combined with the Isokinetic Exercise Training for the Effects on the Stair Activity of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察推拿结合等速运动训练对膝关节骨性关节炎的上下楼梯影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组予以推拿配合等速运动训练治疗,对照组予以推拿治疗,隔日治疗1次,10次为1疗程。采用VAS评分、临床疗效、等速肌力康复训练评估系统进行疗效评定。结果:治疗后2组VAS评分、JOA上下楼梯疼痛评分和膝关节伸肌的峰值力矩与治疗前比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在临床疗效优于对照组,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合等速运动训练能增加膝骨性关节炎患者股四头肌肌力,提高膝关节功能,改善其上下楼梯困难。

Objective:To observe the influence of massage combined with isokinetic exercise training on the stairs of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given massage combined with isokinetic training,and the control group was given massage treatment,once every other day,10 times as a course of treatment.VAS score,clinical efficacy,and isokinetic muscle strength rehabilitation training evaluation system were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results:After treatment,the two groups of VAS score,JOA up and down stairs pain score and knee joint extensor peak torque were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),The treatment group is better than the control group in clinical efficacy,and the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with isokinetic exercise training can increase the strength of the quadriceps muscle of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve the function of the knee joint,and improve their difficulty in going up and down stairs.
