手法整复结合Mippo技术在胫骨骨折治疗中的应用

Experience of Manipulation and MIPPO in the Treatment of Tibial Fracture

目的:探讨运用中医正骨手法结合Mippo技术治疗胫骨骨折的可行性和临床疗效。方法:2014年1月-2018年6月,治疗并获得随访的胫骨骨折患者61例,采用手法整复结合Mippo技术内固定,术后根据Johner-Wruhs评分体系进行评价。结果:61例患者均获得随访,所有骨折均复位满意,内固定可靠,随访7~24个月,平均14个月,骨折均获得愈合,无感染及骨不连发生,其中一例粉碎性骨折伴骨缺损经二期植骨愈合,Johner-Wruhs评分优良率达90.16%。结论:运用手法整复结合mippo技术治疗胫骨骨折,体现了传统中医正骨技术与现代微创骨科的双重优点,效果可靠,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the feasibility and clinical efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine bone setting techniques combined with Mippo technology to treat tibial fractures.Methods:From January 2014 to June 2018,61 patients with tibial fractures who were treated and followed up were treated with manual reconstruction combined with Mippo internal fixation.Postoperative evaluation was performed according to the Johner-Wruhs scoring system.Results:All 61 patients were followed up.All fractures were reduced satisfactorily and internal fixation was reliable.The follow-up was 7 to 24 months,with an average of 14 months.The fractures were healed without infection or nonunion.One of them was a comminuted fracture.The bone defect was healed by secondary bone graft,and the excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruhs score reached 90.16%.Conclusion:The treatment of tibial fractures with manual reconstruction combined with mippo technique embodies the dual advantages of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics techniques and modern minimally invasive orthopedics.The results are reliable and worthy of promotion.
