基于煨脓生肌理论研究疮愈膏祛腐生新治疗肛周慢性创面的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Perianal Wounds with Sore Healing Plaster Based on the Theory of Simmer Suppuration Pyogenic Muscle

目的:研究疮愈膏祛腐生新治疗肛周慢性创面有效性及安全性。方法:收集河南中医药大学第三附属医院2018年6月-2019年11月符合纳入标准的肛周慢性创面患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予疮愈膏外涂,对照组给予龙珠软膏外涂。两组均以7天为一疗程,两个疗程结束后观察两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、创面肉芽组织生长评分、创面疼痛、出血、水肿情况。并观察两组肝肾功能变化、不良反应等安全性指标。结果:治疗组总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间治疗组较对照组缩短(P<0.01);创面肉芽组织生长评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);创面疼痛、出血、水肿改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见不良反应。结论:疮愈膏能促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间,加快创面愈合。同时亦能缓解创面疼痛、出血、和水肿。证实了在煨脓生肌理论指导下的疮愈膏在治疗肛周慢性创面治疗中安全有效。

Objective:To study the effectiveness and safety of Sore healing plaster in treating chronic perianal wounds.Method:Patients with chronic perianal wounds meeting the inclusion criteria from June 2018 to November 2019 of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Sore healing plaster and the control group was given Longzhu ointment.Both groups took 7 days as a course of treatment.After the two courses,the clinical efficacy,wound healing time,wound granulation tissue growth score,wound pain,bleeding,and edema were observed.And observe the liver and kidney function changes,adverse reactions and other safety indicators in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the wound healing time was shorter than the control group(P<0.01);the wound granulation tissue growth score treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01);Pain,bleeding,and edema were improved in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were seen in either group of patients.Conclusion:Sore healing plaster can promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,shorten the wound healing time,and accelerate wound healing.It can also relieve wound pain,bleeding,and edema.It was confirmed that the sore healing plaster under the guidance of the theory of simmer suppuration pyogenic muscle was safe and effective in the treatment of chronic perianal wounds.
