240份输血病案的质量分析与体会

Quality Analysis and Experience of 240 Clinical Blood Transfusion Cases

目的:通过对240份临床输血病案的质控结果分析,进一步规范输血流程,优化管理制度,保证输血安全,提高输血病案的质量水平。方法:回顾分析2018年11月至2019年10月某院临床输血病案共240份,根据该院临床用血质量检查考核表的结果,统计不合格病案数和不合格检查项目的例数。结果:240份临床输血病案中,不合格病案55份,不合格率为22.9%,不合格检查项目共125项,其中输血病程记录,输血知情同意书,输血单填写不合格率较高。结论通过对输血病案质控检查能及时发现问题,分析原因,提出解决方案,提高病案质量,保证输血安全。

Objective:To analyse of the quality control results of 240 clinical blood transfusion medical records,further standardize the blood transfusion process,optimize the management system,ensure blood transfusion safety,and improve the quality level of blood transfusion cases.Methods:From November 2018 to October 2019,a total of 240 cases of clinical blood transfusion in hospital were reviewed and analyzed.According to the results of the hospital’s clinical blood quality examination,the number of unqualified medical cases and unqualified items were counted.Results:In this study,out of 240 clinical transfusion medical cases,55 cases were unqualified,with an unacceptable rate of 22.9%.There were 125 cases unqualified examination items,among which the unqualified rate of transfusion course records,transfusion informed consent and transfusion form filling was higher.Conclusion:Through the quality control inspection of blood transfusion cases,problems can be found in time,the causes can be analyzed,and solutions can be proposed to improve the quality of medical records and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
