摘要
长跑是一项大众运动,也是初中体育的常见项目,然而很多学生在参与的过程中由于体能跟不上,或是未获得合理的指导,而出现疲劳、厌倦、受伤等情况,严重影响着学生对长跑的接受程度。在初中体育教学中,针对教学形式进行改革,针对各个项目进行分层训练,并且引导学生以正确的认知去了解体育,成为当前教学工作的重要环节。
Long-distance running is a popular sport and a common item in junior high school sports.However,many students suffer from fatigue,boredom,injury,etc.due to physical fitness or lack of reasonable guidance during the participation process.The students'acceptance of long-distance running.In junior high school physical education,reforming the teaching format,conducting layered training for each project,and guiding students to understand sports with correct cognition have become an important part of the current teaching work.
