在如今信息海量、价值多元的开放型社会中,管理好一个班级,带好一班学生不是易事,教师应从实际出发,树立正确学生观,采取适当有效的教学措施,努力建设一个良好的班集体,调动每个学生的积极主动性,共同努力构建有个性、有温度、有灵魂的班级团队,让每个成员都成为这个集体的受益者,并懂得如何更好地自我成长,自尊、自爱、自觉自律,自强不息,以达到集体与个人共同成长与进步的目的。

In today's open society with massive information and multiple values,it is not easy to manage a class and bring a class of students.Teachers should proceed from reality,establish a correct outlook on students,take appropriate and effective teaching measures,and strive to build a good class collective,mobilize the initiative of each student,work together to build a class team with personality,temperature,and soul,so that each member is a beneficiary of this collective,and understand how to better self-growth,self-esteem,self-love,self-discipline and self-improvement,in order to achieve the purpose of collective and individual growth and progress.
