摘要
语言本身就具有丰富的内涵,要想真正学好一门语言,就要了解所学语言国家的历史、地理、宗教、风土人情、生活方式、价值观念等文化现象。培养学生的文化意识,不仅可以增强学生对英语的理解和使用,而且也有利于培养学生的世界意识,促进学生核心素养的培养。然而在高考的影响下,当前的高中英语教学还是侧重语言知识的掌握,忽略了培养学生的文化意识。作者结合自身高中英语教学实践,分析了高中英语阅读教学中培养学生跨文化意识的必要性,并提出了相应的策略。
Language itself has rich connotations.To truly learn a language,we must understand the history,geography,religion,customs,lifestyle,values and other cultural phenomena of the country where the language is learned.Cultivating students'cultural awareness can not only enhance students'understanding and use of English,but also help to cultivate students'world awareness and promote the cultivation of students'core literacy.However,under the influence of the college entrance examination,the current high school English teaching still focuses on the grasp of language knowledge,ignoring the cultivation of students'cultural awareness.The author combined with his own high school English teaching practice,analyzed the necessity of cultivating students'cross-cultural awareness in high school English reading teaching,and put forward corresponding strategies.
