摘要 “互联网+”视域下教师专业发展共同体的建构,实现教师专业发展与互联网的有机融合,是教师专业发展的必然趋势。在“互联网+”视域下建构教师专业发展共同体的模式,主要有网络名师工作室、自组织“互联网+”教研共同体、合作式师徒制教研等。应通过准确定位、任务驱动、合理调适等策略来建构高效的教师专业发展共同体。 From the perspective of"Internet+",the construction of a teacher professional development community and the organic integration of teacher professional development and the Internet is an inevitable trend of teacher professional development.The modes of constructing the professional development community of teachers from the perspective of"Internet+"mainly include networked teacher studios,self-organizing"Internet+"teaching and research community,and cooperative teacher-apprentice teaching and research.An efficient teacher professional development community should be constructed through strategies such as accurate positioning,task-driven,and reasonable adjustment.
