摘要
本文由两大块构成,论述了作为一名历史教师在其成长过程中有来自两大方面的作用:一个是内因,教师要树立终生学习的精神,奠定扎实的知识根基,这是对教师成长起决定作用的因素;另一个是外因,外因的一个重要方面是校长的有为,这是教师成长的重要外部条件和因素,有一个什么样的校长,就能带出一批什么样的教师。所以教师的成长是这两个方面因素相互作用的结果。
This article consists of two major blocks.Discusses the role of a history teacher in its growth process from two aspects:one is the internal cause,the teacher should establish a lifelong learning spirit,and lay a solid knowledge foundation,which is the decisive factor for teacher growth;the other It is an external cause.An important aspect of the external cause is the principal's ambition.This is an important external condition and factor for the growth of teachers.A kind of principal can bring out a batch of teachers.Therefore,the growth of teachers is the result of the interaction of these two factors.
