Wnt信号通路与前列腺癌相关性的研究进展

The research progress on the relationship between Wnt signaling pathway and prostate cancer

摘要 随着生活水平的不断提高和社会的不断发展,前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)已经成为男性生殖系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤。经调查研究发现,人口老龄化特别是年龄达到55岁以后的男性发病率明显升高[1-2]。2018年,美国癌症协会公布了癌症死亡率的最新数据,前列腺癌的致死率仅次于肺癌,排在第二;此外,PCa的发病率在亚洲国家也呈现出逐年上升的特点[3-4]。
