本文以全自动12头灌装线为例,介绍了全自动多头液体灌装线的组成及工艺流程,重点描述了分桶及送桶机构、多头称重自动灌装主机、重桶动力调速输送机、直线式自动锁盖机及电控系统等主要机构和装置的设计。

Taking the automatic 12-head filling line as an example,this paper introduces the composition and technological process of the automatic multi-head liquid filling line,and focuses on the design of the main mechanisms and devices,such as bucket distribution and bucket feeding mechanism,multi-head weighing automatic filling machine,heavy bucket power speed regulating conveyor,linear automatic cap locking machine,electronic control system and so on.
