称重技术产品生产中特殊工序的控制——浅议质量管理体系中的特殊过程管理

Control of special process in weighing technology product production——A brief discussion on special process management in quality management system

称重技术产品的设计制造加工,涉及到机械力学、电子、化工化学等多种学科技术领域,加工工艺过程涉及到特殊过程和工序。特殊工序的加工质量,直接影响到产品质量。特殊工序的质量控制在称重技术产品的加工过程中十分重要。特殊过程加工的产品质量不能完全依靠检验来验证,需要进行连续的参数监控,以确保过程质量的稳定。因此,对“特殊过程(工序)”要进行全过程控制,建立自材料供应、工前准备、工中操作、工后处理和成品检验等全过程的质量控制系统,建立控制点进行重点控制。
