摘要
制定标准应遵循目的性、统一性、系统性、实事求是、协商一致、原则性和灵活性相结合,积极采用国外先进标准等原则。标准化是沟通国际贸易和国际技术合作的技术纽带。通过标准化能够很好地解决商品交换中的质量、安全、可靠性和互换性配套等问题。本人就标准技术指标的现存问题提出自己不成熟的看法,与各位专家共同探讨。
The formulation of standards should follow the principles of purposefulness,unity,systematicness,seeking truth from facts,consensus through consultation,combination of principle and flexibility,and active adoption of foreign advanced standards.Standardization is a technical link to communicate international trade and technical cooperation.Standardization can solve the problems of quality,safety,reliability and interchangeability in commodity exchange.I put forward my immature views on the existing problems of standard technical indicators to discuss with experts.
