摘要 电子天平是最为常见的质量测量设备,它的工作流程简单明了,参数精准有效。因此,电子天平在日常生活与生产中都得到了广泛应用。各行各业都在运用电子天平,电子天平能够在测量过程中发挥不可估量的价值。可是,在长时间工作过程中,电子天平难免出现问题,所以,相关机构应当遵照有关规章制度进行检查与试验工作。尽可能的减少电子天平在工作过程中所造成的误差,必要时针对问题出现的因素进行探究与剖析。此外,还应当采取有效的应对措施,这有利于保证电子天平的精准性,同时还能够减少因为检定不当所引起的损失。论文阐述了电子天平的重要性以及检定中存在的问题,同时提出优化方法,意在为电子天平的发展提供一点支持。 Electronic balance is the most common quality measurement equipment,its workflow is simple and clear,accurate and effective parameters.Therefore,electronic balance has been widely used in daily life and production.Electronic balances are used in all walks of life because they are invaluable in the measurement process.However,in the long working hours,electronic balance is inevitably problematic,so the relevant institutions should follow the relevant rules and regulations to carry out inspections and tests.Reduce the errors caused by the electronic balance in the working process as far as possible,and explore and analyze the factors that cause problems when necessary.In addition,effective countermeasures should be taken to ensure the accuracy of the electronic balance,at the same time,it can reduce the loss caused by improper verification.This paper expounds the importance of electronic balance and the problems in the verification,and puts forward the optimization method,aiming to provide some support for the development of electronic balance.
