摘要
本文结合炼钢厂一工序废钢平台秤改造方案的实施,介绍废钢平台秤的集成优化方案。检修维护单位全程参与称重系统的设计和施工,依据改造前设备使用中存在的问题,在设计时全盘考虑优化方案,施工时对重点环节进行跟踪把控,对施工过程遇到的问题进行及时解决,高效、高质量完成施工任务,达到检定数据精准、设备故障率低的目的,同时为炼钢一工序降低铁钢比提供计量支撑,达到降本增效的目的。
This paper introduces the integrated optimization scheme of scrap platform scale in combination with the implementation of the reform scheme.Maintenance unit involved with the design and construction of the weighing system,based on the problems existing in the equipment used before modification,and overall consideration when the design optimization and construction was carried out on the key link of tracking control,to timely solve the problems of the construction process,high efficiency,high quality to complete the construction task,achieve accurate test data,the purpose of the equipment failure rate is low,at the same time reduce iron for steelmaking process steel than providing metrology support,achieve the goal of authors efficiency.
