金属氧化物避雷器缺陷的联合检测与状态检修 被引量:2

摘要 针对传统红外热成像在金属氧化物避雷器缺陷检测中易受外界环境影响而造成检验结果不准确问题,本文采用红外热成像、阻性电流和全电流联合检测技术对避雷器进行缺陷测试,并通过停电实验解体诊断进行验证。结果表明:采用联合检测技术能有效提高避雷器缺陷检测精度,测试结果与停电实验解体诊断一致。在变电器巡检中,有针对性地对变电器相同部位温差超过1℃的金属氧化物进行泄露电流检测,有利于提高缺陷检出率和巡检效率。 Aiming at the problem of inaccurate test results caused by the vulnerability of traditional infrared thermal imaging to the external environment in the defect detection of metal oxide arrester,this paper adopted infrared thermal imaging,resistance current and full current combined detection technology to carry out the defect test for the arrester,and verified the disassembly diagnosis through the blackout experiment.The results showed that the combined detection technology could effectively improve the detection accuracy of arrester defects,and the obtained test results were consistent with the disassembly diagnosis in the blackout experiment.In practical transformer inspection,leakage current detection of metal oxides with temperature difference over 1℃in the same part of transformer was beneficial to improve defect detection rate and inspection efficiency.
