Analysis of the Open Access mode and development trend of academic periodicals

开放获取作为一种新兴出版模式,其发展在学界和业界备受关注。该理念的提出旨在促进信息共享与学术交流,保障信息仓储,有助于提高科研效率及科技影响力。目前OA在国内尚处于起步阶段,资源有限,公众认知度低。结合OA的发展历程,文章通过比较传统出版期刊与OA期刊模式的优劣、发展现状及存在的问题,以期对未来学术期刊OA模式的发展有所启示。

As a new publishing mode,Open Access(OA)has attracted much attention in the academic circle and industry.The idea aims to promote information sharing and academic exchanges,guarantee information warehousing,and help to improve the efficiency of scientific research and the influence of science and technology.At present,OA is still in its initial stage in China with limited resources and low public awareness.Based on the review of the development process of OA,this paper compares the advantages,disadvantages,current status of development and existing problems of the two modes of traditional publishing periodicals and OA periodicals in order to enlighten the future development of OA mode of academic periodicals.
