After entering the 21st century,China's urbanization process is speeding up year by year,and the construction project is also showing an increasing trend year by year.Under this background,how to scientifically and effectively control the project cost,and on the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project,it has become an important task to control and manage the project cost at all stages of the whole construction process.Therefore,this paper will focus on the problems existing in each stage of the whole construction process,and put forward the corresponding project cost control methods,so as to provide guarantee for the value-added of construction projects.
