中国中部与东北地区能源效率测度及差异研究 被引量:1

Measurement of Total Factor Energy Efficiency and Regional Differences in Central and Northeast China

摘要 随着我国经济的不断发展,环境污染问题日益严重,能源消耗量的不断增加以及较低的能源生产效率已经成为阻碍我国经济发展的问题之一。本文基于2010-2017年我国中部以及东北地区9省的面板数据,运用SBM-DEA以及DEA-Malmquist指数模型对其进行了能源效率进行了测算,整体上这9省的能源效率均处在较高的水平。在全要素能源生产效率上,有部分省份的能源生产效率的值大于1,说明全要素能源效率提升尤为显著,其主要原因为技术进步的推动。因此,为了能在一定能源投入的基础之上能够得到更多的产出效果,政府应当出台相应的政策,提高该地区的能源效率。 With the continuous development of China's economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,the increasing of energy consumption and the lower efficiency of energy production have become one of the problems that hinder the economic development of China.This paper is based on the panel data of 9 provinces in central and northeast China from 2010 to 2017,and calculates the energy efficiency by using the SBM-DEA and DEA-Malmquist index models.On the whole,the energy efficiency of the nine provinces is at a high level.In all-factor energy production efficiency,the value of energy production efficiency in some provinces is greater than 1,which indicates that all-factor energy efficiency is especially improved.Therefore,in order to get more output effects based on a certain energy input,the government should issue corresponding policies to improve the energy efficiency of the region.
