基于现代供应链物流的信息系统构建

Construction of Information System Based on Modern Supply Chain Logistics

随着经济全球化和一体化的发展,企业之间的竞争已经从单一企业争夺市场和客户的一维单一竞争模式,转向基于整个供应链的多维、三维竞争,并且要求产品具有较高异质性。这为中小企业发展提供了机会,然而由于供应链管理的复杂性,构建一套全新的供应链物流信息系统会给中小企业带来较大成本压力。本文总结了供应链物流的特点,构建了一个具有可扩展性与泛用性的供应链物流信息系统,并为企业供应链物流信息化提出了相应建议。

With the development of economic globalization and integration,the competition among enterprises has changed from one-dimensional single competition mode of single enterprise competing for market and customers to multi-dimensional and three-dimensional competition based on the whole supply chain,and products are required to have high heterogeneity.This provides opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,due to the complexity of supply chain management,building a new set of supply chain logistics information system will bring greater cost pressure to small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper summarizes the characteristics of supply chain logistics,constructs a scalable and universal supply chain logistics information system,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for enterprise supply chain logistics informatization.
