贵州关岭县沙营镇亚陇煤矿可采煤层煤质特征分析

Analysis of Coal Quality Characteristics of Mineable Seams in Yalong Coal Mine,Shaying Town,Guanling County,Guizhou Province

亚陇煤矿共有5、10、16、19、31、33号6层可采煤层,本文分析了各可采煤层的煤岩特征、化学性质及工艺性能。分析结果表明半亮型煤为矿区的主要可采煤层宏观煤岩类型,微观煤岩类型皆为微镜惰煤。可采煤层多具有中灰、低挥发分、高硫、中高固定碳,低磷、特低氯、特低砷等煤质特征。具有中-高发热量、易可磨、中-高热稳定性、弱还原性、弱至中等结渣、易洗选等工艺性能。

Yalong Coal Mine has 6 minable coal seams:5#,10#,16#,19#,31#and 33#.This paper analyzes the coal characteristics,chemical properties and technological performance of each minable coal seam.The analysis results show that semi-bright coal is the main mineable coal seam macro coal and rock type in the mining area,and the micro coal rock type is all micro-mirror inert coal.Mineable coal seams mostly have the characteristics of medium ash,low volatile matter,high sulfur,medium and high fixed carbon,low phosphorus,ultra-low chlorine and ultra-low arsenic.It has the process performance of medium to high calorific value,easy to grind,medium-high thermal stability,weak reducibility,weak-medium slagging and easy cleaning.
