摘要
在我国经济发展新常态下,面对当前经济新常态,如何不断提高人力资源管理工作的成果和效益,更好的服务于企业管理,成为当前国有企业面临的又一关键课题。本文就当前新常态下国有企业人力资源管理工作的重要性、当前存在的问题及应对措施进行了分析,目的是提出切实可行的改进措施和手段,确保国有企业的健康和可持续发展。
Under the new normal of China's economic development,in face of the current new normal of the economy,how to continuously improve the results and benefits of human resource management and better serve enterprise management has become another key issue faced by state-owned enterprises.This article analyzes the importance of human resource management in state-owned enterprises and the current problems and countermeasures under the current new normal.The purpose is to propose practical and feasible improvement measures and methods to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
