纳米二氧化硅和橡胶双掺再生混凝土抗渗性实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以C30普通混凝土为基准组,纳米SiO2按0%、1.5%、3%等质量取代水泥,橡胶粉按0、1%、3%、5%等质量取代天然河砂,再生粗骨料和再生细骨料30%取代来配制成再生混凝土。通过试验研究纳米SiO2和橡胶粉双掺对再生混凝土抗渗性能的影响。得出单独掺入纳米SiO2或单独掺入橡胶粉均可使再生混凝土抗渗性能提高,前者效果优于后者,但橡胶粉和纳米SiO2同时掺入较多时,再生混凝土抗渗性能会降低,橡胶粉和纳米SiO2的掺量分别为1%、3%时,对再生混凝土抗渗性能的优化效果最好。 In this paper,C30 ordinary concrete is taken as the reference group,the concrete is prepared by nano-SiO2 at the mass of 0%,1.5%,3%respectively,and the natural river sand is replaced by rubber powder at the mass of 0,1%,3%,5%respectively,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate is 30%.The effect of the amount of rubber powder and nano-SiO2 on the impermeability of recycled concrete was experimentally studied.The results show that,the improvement effect of nano-SiO2 on the impermeability of recycled concrete is better than that of rubber powder alone,but more rubber powder and nano-SiO2 will reduce the impermeability of recycled concrete at the same time.When the content of rubber powder and nano-SiO2 is 1%and 3%respectively,the improvement effect on the impermeability of recycled concrete is the best.
