摘要
取送苗机构是整排式全自动移栽机取送苗的执行机构,其功能是实现钵苗的整排取送。在末端执行器、分苗机构和取放苗机构可靠性满足工作需求的基础上,基于伺服电机和同步带直线导轨设计了一种适用于整排式全自动移栽机的“Π”型取送苗机构,并以PLC为核心控制器构建控制系统,实现对钵苗的整排取送的控制,结果表明该系统符合整排取苗要求。
The seedling-feeding mechanism is an actuator for picking and sending seedlings in a full-line automatic transplanter,which function is to realize the whole row of picking and sending of pot seedlings.Under the premise that the reliability of the end effector,seedling separating mechanism and seedling picking and placing mechanism meets the work requirements,a"Π"type picking machine suitable for the entire row of fully automatic transplanting machines was designed based on the servo motor and the synchronous belt linear guide,in which the PLC was used as the core controller to construct a control system to realize the control of the whole row of seedlings feeding and sending,results show that the system meets the requirements of the whole row of seedlings.
