基于OpenStack的高端装备协同设计平台研究

摘要 为解决哈长城市群高端装备制造业科技服务中协同设计版本不一致、协同效率低的问题,本文基于Open-Stack开源云计算平台,利用noVNC等虚拟化技术,对广域分布的异构计算资源进行组织管理,构建可伸缩的高端装备协同设计平台,提出基于Web浏览器访问远程桌面进行图形化共享控制的总体设计方案。经测试,平台可向不同高端制造业提供良好的协同设计平台和虚拟云存储服务,满足现阶段高端装备制造业协同设计的实际需求。 In order to solve the problem of inconsistent collaborative design versions and low collaboration efficiency in high-end equipment manufacturing technology services in Harbin-Changchun Urban agglomeration,this article builds a scalable high-end equipment collaborative design platform,and proposes a Web browser to access remote desktops for graphics the overall design of the shared control based on OpenStack open source cloud computing platform and noVNC and other virtualization technologies to organize and manage wide-area distributed heterogeneous computing resources.The test shows that,the platform can provide good collaborative design platforms and virtual cloud storage services to different highend manufacturing industries,and meet the actual needs of collaborative design of high-end equipment manufacturing industries at this stage.
