摘要
扩招背景下高职院校普遍在教学资源、教学管理等方面面临巨大压力与挑战。广东省通过多渠道、多举措扩大招生面向,按"标准不降、模式多元、学制灵活"原则,多模式、分类型开展人才培养。在此背景下,兼顾通用性和个性化需求,通过健全校企协同育人机制、开展学情分析、分类制订人才培养方案、规范教学运行各环节、完善教学质量监控及实施学习成果认定、积累和转换等方面的研究与实践,充分利用校企优质教学资源,系统构建"在岗培养"教学管理制度体系,使教学管理规范有序,实现"质量型"扩招。
Under the background of enrollment expansion,higher vocational colleges generally face great pressure and challenges in terms of teaching resources and teaching management.Guangdong Province has expanded its enrollment through diversified channels and measures.Based on the principle of"no reduction in standards,diversified models,and flexible educational system",it has developed talent training through multiple models and types.Under this context,taking into account the needs of versatility and individualization,by improving the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism,carrying out academic analysis,formulating talent training plans by classification,standardizing all aspects of teaching operation,improving teaching quality monitoring,implementing other research and practice such as learning achievement recognition,accumulation and conversion,the college made full use of the high-quality teaching resources of colleges and enterprises,systematically constructed the"on-the-job training"teaching management system,so that the teaching management is standardized and orderly,and the expansion of"quality"is realized.
