摘要
青年教师是高职院校专任教师的中坚力量,他们的实践教学胜任力水平对于高职院校的人才培养质量具有重要的影响。通过对浙江省10所高职院校的271名工科类青年教师进行问卷调查和对30名工科类青年教师进行深度访谈,结果发现:高职院校工科类青年教师的实践教学胜任力整体水平较好,但不同性别、不同教龄、不同专业技术职务、不同教师类型、不同企业工作经历、不同学历、不同毕业院校、不同学校层次的高职院校工科类青年教师实践教学胜任力表现有所差异。有效提升工科类青年教师的实践教学胜任力,高职院校应完善青年教师实践教学胜任力的培养机制,引导青年教师自我成长,提升青年兼职教师的身份认同。
Young teachers are the backbone of full-time teachers in vocational colleges,and their level of practical teaching competence has an important influence on the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.A questionnaire survey of 271 young engineering teachers in 10 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province and in-depth interviews with 30 young engineering teachers found that the overall level of practical teaching competence of engineering young teachers in higher vocational colleges is relatively good,but different genders,different teaching ages,different professions,different types,different corporate work experiences,different educational backgrounds,different graduate colleges,and different college levels have different practical teaching competencies in engineering young teachers of higher vocational colleges.In order to effectively improve the practical teaching competency of young engineering teachers,higher vocational colleges should improve the training mechanism of young teachers’practical teaching competence,guide the self-growth of young teachers,and enhance the identity of young part-time teachers.
