评估儿童在高温密闭车厢中的热应力

摘要 车辆高温引起的儿童死亡仍然是一个重大的公共卫生问题。本文测量了上海地区汽车车厢的热环境参数,汽车在33℃室外环境和38℃风洞环境中浸泡1 h,车厢空气温度能比环境温度高出22~24℃。利用热应力预测模型PHS,模拟一个一岁男孩在高温密闭车厢中的热应力。当儿童停留在33℃环境中浸泡的车辆内,90 min就会有生命危险,当儿童滞留在38℃环境中浸泡的车辆内,64 min就有致命的危险。 Pediatric deaths due to vehicular hyperthermia remain a significant public health concern.The thermal environment parameters in enclosed vehicles were collected in outdoor environment at 33℃and in Wind tunnel at 38℃.Cabin air temperatures can be 22℃to 24℃higher than the environment temperature within 1 hour.The Predicted Heat Strain(PHS)model was used to simulate the heat stress of a 1-year-old boy inside the enclosed vehicles.The model male child reached demise within 90 min in outdoor environment and within 64 min in Wind tunnel.
