摘要
本文介绍了上海国际金融中心项目根据项目自身特点制定的“能源利用高效化、室内环境最优化、资源回收多元化、运营管理智能化”绿色建筑技术方案。项目采用了集中布置冷热源系统、冰蓄冷、余热回收、地板送风、雨水中水回收、中央垃圾处理等多项技术和措施。通过对运用绿色建筑技术的可行性和实施效果进行简要分析,总结了金融办公建筑实现绿色节能的关键技术,为类似项目的建设提供借鉴参考。
This paper introduces the green building technology scheme of“high efficiency of energy utilization,optimization of indoor environment,diversification of resource recovery and intelligent operation and management”,which is formulated by Shanghai International Financial Center project according to the characteristics of the project.The project adopts a number of technologies and measures,such as centralized layout of cold and heat source system,ice storage,waste heat recovery,floor air supply,rain water reclaimed water recovery,central waste treatment and so on.Based on the brief analysis of the feasibility and implementation effect of using green building technology,this paper summarizes the key technologies to achieve green energy saving in financial office buildings,and provides a reference for the construction of similar projects.
