摘要
子宫内膜容受性及卵母细胞成熟是辅助生殖助孕成功与否的重要因素,二者均与雌激素密切相关。通常认为雌激素发挥作用是由经典的雌激素核受体(ERs)介导,然而近期发现新型雌激素受体G-蛋白偶联受体30(GPR30)可以介导雌二醇(E2)的许多作用,包括促进子宫内膜细胞增殖、舒张子宫血管、增加子宫内膜容受性等。研究者们发现GPR30对于维持鱼类生殖过程中卵母细胞减数分裂的阻滞具有重要的作用。在山羊及小鼠生殖过程中,GPR30通过调节卵冠丘复合体(COCs)缝隙连接通透性参与卵母细胞减数分裂。目前GPR30与子宫内膜容受性及卵母细胞减数分裂阻滞关系的具体机制尚不明确。本文对GPR30与子宫内膜容受性及卵母细胞成熟的关系进行综述,为深入研究GPR30参与调控妊娠过程的机制提供新的方向。
Endometrial receptivity and oocyte maturation are important factors for the success of pregnancy in assisted reproduction,both of which are closely related to estrogen.It is generally believed that the role of estrogen is mediated by classic estrogen nuclear receptors(ERs),however,it has recently been discovered that the new estrogen receptor G-protein coupled receptor 30(GPR30)can mediate many functions of estradiol(E2),including promoting endometrial cell proliferation,relaxing uterine blood vessels,increasing endometrial receptivity,etc.An important reproductive role for GPR30 in the maintenance of oocyte meiotic arrest has been identified in fishes.Recently,researchers found that GPR30 mediated meiosis resumption ascribe down regulation of gap junction permeability in cumulus-oocytes complex(COCs)of goat and mouse.However,the specific mechanism of GPR30 in endometrial receptivity and maintaining meiotic arrest are still unclear.Therefore,this paper summarizes the available information related to the role of GPR30 in endometrial receptivity and oocyte maturation,in order to provide a new direction for further study on the relationship of GPR30 in endometrial receptivity and oocyte maturation.
