医养结合机构失能老人服务供需匹配问卷编制及信效度检验

Compilation and reliability and validity tests of the questionnaire for matching supply and demand of services for the disabled elderly in medical-nursing combined institutions

目的编制医养结合机构失能老人服务供需匹配问卷并进行信效度检验,为评估失能老人服务供需水平提供有效的测评工具。方法采用文献回顾、半结构访谈、Delphi专家函询、预调查形成初始问卷,对杭州市7所不同类型医养结合机构的失能老人进行问卷调查,评价问卷的信度和效度。结果医养结合机构失能老人服务供需匹配问卷包括23个条目,其中失能老人服务需求分问卷进行探索性因子分析后,共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为59.48%;失能老人服务供给分问卷共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率分别为66.24%、56.26%、73.80%和81.01%。医养结合机构失能老人服务供需匹配问卷验证性因子分析显示各项拟合指标均在参考范围之内。总问卷内容效度指数为0.943。失能老人服务需求分问卷总Cronbach'sα系数为0.910;失能老人服务供给分问卷总Cronbach'sα系数为0.946。结论编制的医养结合机构失能老人服务供需匹配问卷具有良好的信效度,可用于评估我国医养结合机构失能老人的服务供需水平。

Objective To compile a matching questionnaire between supply and demand of disabled elderly services in medical-nursing combined institutions and test its reliability and validity,so as to provide an effective evaluation tool for evaluating the supply and demand level of disabled elderly services.Methods By using the methods of literature review,semi-structured interview,Delphi expert inquiry,and pre-investigation,initial questionnaire was formed.To evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,a formal investigation was carried out among the disabled elderly in seven different types of medical-nursing combined institutions in Hangzhou.Results Matching questionnaire between supply and demand of disabled elderly services in medical-nursing combined institutions consisted of 23 items.The exploratory factor analysis identified four principal factors from the service demand sub-questionnaire which explained 59.48%of the total variance.Four principal factors were identified from the service supply sub-questionnaire,which respectively explained 66.24%,56.26%,73.80%and 81.01%of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis of matching questionnaire between supply and demand of disabled elderly services in medical-nursing combined care institutions showed that the fitted indicators were within the reference range.The total questionnaire content validity index was 0.943.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the service demand sub-questionnaire was 0.910 and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the service supply sub-questionnaire was 0.946.Conclusion Matching questionnaire between supply and demand of disabled elderly services in medical-nursing combined institutions is reliable and valid,which can be used to evaluate the service supply and demand level of disabled elderly in medical-nursing combined institutions in China.
