系统化家庭管理对过敏性紫癜患儿家庭功能及生存质量的影响研究

Effect of systematic family management model on family function and quality of life of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura

目的探讨系统化家庭管理在过敏性紫癜患儿延续护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至3月儿内科收治的80例过敏性紫癜患儿及照顾者设为对照组,将2018年4月至6月儿内科收治的82例过敏性紫癜患儿及照顾者设为干预组。对照组采取常规出院指导;干预组通过讲授、发放资料、同伴交流、情感支持和电话与门诊结合随访督促等方式实施系统家庭管理模式干预随访。结果干预组照顾者对过敏性紫癜相关知识的掌握程度明显高于对照组,尤其在疾病危险因素方面,干预组照顾者表示完全掌握率达91.46%;干预组出院第3、6个月家庭管理能力、生存质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);出院第3、6个月,干预组患儿复发率、复发次数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论系统化家庭管理对提高过敏性紫癜患儿照顾者疾病知识掌握具有积极促进作用,有效提高家庭管理能力,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic family management in continuing nursing of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods A total of 80 children and their parents who were admitted to the department of pediatrics from January to March 2018 and agreed to follow-up were set as the control group.And 82 other children and their parents who were admitted to the department of pediatrics from April to June 2018 treated and agreed to follow up were set as the intervention group.The control group received routine discharge guidance.The intervention group was followed up with systematic family management model,including lectures,giving materials,peer communication,emotional support,telephone and clinic follow-up.Results The caregivers in the intervention group had a higher level of knowledge about Henoch-Schonlein purpura than those in the control group.Especially in terms of disease risk factors,the caregivers in the intervention group showed a complete mastery rate of 91.46%.The scores of family management ability and quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group in the 3rd and 6th month after discharge(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,the recurrence rate and recurrence times of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic family management plays an active role in promoting the mastery of disease knowledge of parents of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura,effectively improving family management ability and reducing the recurrence rate of disease.
