临床护理人员共情疲劳的研究现状及展望

Research status and prospect of empathy fatigue of clinical nurses

临床护理人员是发生共情疲劳的高危人群之一,护理人员发生共情疲劳时会出现心理压力增大、职业倦怠加重等不良现象,严重者还会影响患者的安全。文章综述了临床护理人员共情疲劳的研究现状,总结了正念减压、表达性艺术干预、巴林特小组活动、反思汇报等共情疲劳的干预措施,以及个人和工作环境相关的影响因素,并提出促进护理人员身心健康、改善护理人员工作环境的相关建议,以期为护理人员的身心健康管理提供依据。

Clinical nurses are one of the high-risk groups of empathic fatigue.When nurses experience empathic fatigue,they will experience increased psychological pressure and occupational burnout.In severe cases,they will also affect the safety of patients.The article summarized the current research status of empathy fatigue among clinical nurses,and summed up intervention measures of empathy fatigue,such as mindfulness-based stress reduction,expressive art intervention,Balint group activities,and reflective reporting,as well as influencing factors relating to personal and work environment.And put forward to promote the physical and mental health of nursing staff,improve the working environment of nursing staff related recommendations,so as to provide basis for nursing staff's physical and mental health management.
