肝癌患者疾病不确定感与焦虑及社会支持的关系研究

Study on the relationship among uncertainty in illness,anxiety and social support in patients with liver cancer

目的了解肝癌患者疾病不确定感、焦虑及社会支持状况,并探讨其相关性,为肝癌患者的临床护理提供理论依据。方法采用疾病不确定感量表、状态焦虑量表和社会支持评定量表对160例肝癌患者进行调查。结果肝癌患者疾病不确定感总分为(72.13±10.57)分,焦虑总分为(51.66±10.71)分,社会支持总分为(44.16±6.40)分。肝癌患者疾病不确定感与负性情绪和焦虑呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论肝癌患者疾病不确定感与患者焦虑有关,特别是与患者负性情绪显著相关;临床护理人员在护理肝癌患者时,应该重视患者的心理护理,关注患者的负性情绪,帮助患者减轻焦虑感,以降低其疾病不确定感,促进身心健康。

Objective To explore the relationship among the uncertainty in illness,anxiety and social support of patients with liver cancer,so as to provide theoretical reference for clinical nursing of liver cancer patients.Methods A total of 160 patients with liver cancer were investigated with the disease uncertainty scale(MUIS),the state anxiety scale(SAI)and the social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The total score of uncertainty in illness in patients with liver cancer was(72.13±10.57),the total score of anxiety was(51.66±10.71)and the total score of social support was(44.16±6.40).There was a positive correlation between anxiety and uncertainty in illness(P<0.01).Conclusion The uncertainty in illness of patients with liver cancer is related to anxiety,especially the negative emotion.Clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the negative emotion and enhance psychological nursing for patients with liver cancer,to reduce the uncertainty illness and promote their physical and mental health.
