摘要
分子生物学是克里克"狂热的科学追求"的重要领域。为此,讨论其研究的哲学根源:还原论和整体论思想;论证了其中蕴含的哲学逻辑:"结构决定功能"的因果观念,中心法则、自然选择机制的大局意识和机体思维使他在科研中一方面聚焦还原的方法,另一方面也注重整体论的实践。可以证实:克里克的研究建立了在因果律基础上还原论和整体论在一定意义上有效融合的范式,亦是两论辩证统一的经典案例。
Molecular biology is an important field of Crick’s mad pursuit of science.Therefore,the philosophical origin that his scientific research turned to is discussed in the paper.The philosophical logic implied in Crick’s scientific research is demonstrated.The causal concept of"structure determines function",the big picture of central dogma and natural selection mechanism urged him to focus on the method of reductionism on the one hand,and the practice of holism on the other.It can be confirmed that Crick’s scientific research has set up a paradigm of effective integration of reductionism and holism on the basis of causality to some degree,which is also the classical case of dialectical unity of the two theories.
