响应面法优化凤丹牡丹籽油超声提取工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of Ultrasound Extraction Technique of Seed Oil from Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Fengdan’ by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以石油醚为浸提试剂,采用响应面法对凤丹牡丹籽油超声提取工艺进行优化。以凤丹牡丹籽粒为试验材料,以液料比、超声功率和超声时间作为研究因素,以牡丹籽油得率为响应值,分析建立的模型从而确定凤丹牡丹籽油得率的最佳因素组合水平。试验结果表明,凤丹牡丹籽油得率的最佳因素组合为:液料比10︰1(mL/g)、超声功率290 W、超声时间40 min。在该条件下,凤丹牡丹籽油得率为29.01%,与预测值相差5.98%。说明响应面法优化的凤丹牡丹籽油超声提取工艺稳定,具有可靠性。 The ultrasonic extraction technology of’Fengdan’peony seed oil was optimized by using the response surface method with petroleum ether as extraction reagent,taking the seeds of’Fengdan’peony as the test material.The experiment was based on three factors including the liquid to material ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time.Taking the oil yield of peony seed as the response value,the optimum combination level of the seed oil yield was determined by the model.The results showed that the best factor for the oil yield of’Fengdan’peony seed was the liquid material ratio 10︰1(mL/g),the ultrasonic power 290 W,and the ultrasonic time 40 min.Under this condition,the actual yield of’Fengdan’peony seed oil was 29.01%,which differed from the predicted value by 5.98%.It was indicated that the ultrasonic extraction process of the’Fengdan’peony seed oil optimized by response surface method was stable and reliable.
