摘要
选择PC板(聚碳酸酯板)、PoM板(聚甲醛板)、亚克力板、环氧板、PP板(聚丙烯板)、ABS板(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)6种板材作为铺板的材料制备鱼鳞明胶膜,研究不同板材对鱼鳞明胶膜的性质的影响,以期筛选出最适合制备鱼鳞明胶膜的板材。结果表明,不同板材制备的鱼鳞明胶膜的吸水率无显著性差异;PC板和ABS板制备的鱼鳞明胶膜的透过率较低;PP板、PoM板制备的鱼鳞明胶膜的抗拉强度和最大伸长率均较高;扫描电镜图片表明PP板制备的鱼鳞明胶膜的表面和断面较为光滑平整。采用PP板制备的鱼鳞明胶膜的各项理化指标均较好,因此宜选用PP板制备鱼鳞明胶蛋白膜。
PC plate(polycarbonate plate),POM plate(polyoxymethylene),acrylic plate,epoxy plate,PP plate(polypropylene)and ABS plate(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer)were chosen as plate for preparation of fish scale gelatin film.Effects of plates on properties of fish scale gelatin film were studied in order to select the most suitable plate for the preparation of fish scale gelatin film.The results showed there was no significant difference in water absorption of fish scale gelatin film prepared by different plates.The transmittance of fish scale gelatin film prepared by PC plate and ABS plate was lower.The tensile strength and maximum elongation of fish scale gelatin film prepared by PP and POM plates were higher.The scanning electron microscope image showed that the surface and cross section of fish scale gelatin film prepared by PP plate were smooth and even.In conclusion,physicochemical properties of fish scale gelatin film prepared by PP plate were good,so it was advisable to use PP plate to prepare fish scale gelatin film.
