摘要
利用HPLC-ABTS^+·在线检测系统分别对花茶、西湖龙井、信阳毛尖、铁观音的总抗氧化活性进行分析,并对在线抗氧化活性检测系统的分析结果进行DPPH离线方法验证,两种方法测定结果基本一致。结果表明,4种茶叶的抗氧化活性明显不同,花茶的抗氧化活性最强,总的抗氧化活性排序依次为花茶>西湖龙井>信阳毛尖>铁观音。在线检测系统适用于茶叶样品总抗氧化能力的快速测定。
In this study,the total antioxidant activities of Scented tea,Longjing,Maojian and Tieguanyin were evaluated by online high-performance liquid chromatography HPLC-ABTS+·screening system,and DPPH offline method was used to validate the analysis results of online antioxidant activity detection system.The result of the two detection methods were alike,which indicated that the antioxidant activities of four kinds of tea were obviously different.Scented tea had the highest antioxidant activity in the declining order of Scented tea>Longjing>Maojian>Tieguanyin.The on-line detection system was suitable for rapid determination of total antioxidant capacity of tea samples.
