摘要 建立高效液相色谱法测定新疆红枣中环磷酸腺苷和芦丁、槲皮素、绿原酸的方法。经验证,该方法简便、经济、快速、准确,可作为红枣的定量方法。并对新疆各产地50批次红枣进行测定,结果发现,新疆红枣中环磷酸腺苷的含量为50.48~357.28 mg/kg,绿原酸的含量为0.44~2.16 mg/kg,芦丁的含量为0.21~14.86 mg/kg,槲皮素的含量为0.38~2.15 mg/kg。该试验可为新疆红枣品质评价提供一定的理论依据。 The content of cyclic adenodsine monophosphate,rutin,quercetin and chlorogenic acid of jujube from Xinjiang was determined by HPLC.The method was proved to be simple,economical and rapid,and it could be used as a quantitative method for jujube.Fifty batches of jujube from different regions in Xinjiang were determined.The results showed that the contents of cAMP,rutin,quercetin and chlorogenic acid were 50.48-357.28,0.44-2.16,0-14.86 and 0.38-2.15 mg/kg,respectively.The test results could provide a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of Xinjiang jujube.
