薏苡仁、莲子、芡实治疗脾虚泄泻经验——仝小林三味小方撷萃

Experience in Treating Diarrhea Due to Spleen Deficiency with Coix Seed,Lotus Seed and Euryale Seed——Three Prescription by Professor TONG Xiaolin

仝小林院士认为,泄泻可分为暴泻与久泄,"暴泄属实,久泄属虚",临床表现多有腹痛与否的差异。泄泻可因素体亏虚,或情志不畅,或饮食壅滞,或劳倦耗伤所致,病机以脾虚湿盛为本,大小肠不固为标。脾胃运化失常,聚而生湿,泄泻日久,可秘结,可痞满,可化热,可湿聚,治法可为辛开苦降畅气机、清热燥湿利湿热、温阳散寒助脾肾等。久泄易耗散精微,故脾虚泄泻当健脾渗湿,兼以涩肠止泻,标本兼施。常用薏苡仁、莲子、芡实三味小方配伍治疗。方中常用剂量,生薏苡仁为30~120 g,莲子为15~30 g,芡实为15~45 g。

Academician TONG Xiaolin believes that diarrhea can be divided into fulminant diarrhea and long-term diarrhea,"fulminant diarrhea is real,long-term diarrhea is deficiency",and the clinical manifestations are mostly abdominal pain or not.Diarrhea can be caused by body deficiency,or emotional obstruction,or food stagnation,or fatigue and injury.The pathogenesis is based on the spleen deficiency and dampness,and the small and large intestines are not solid as the standard.The spleen and stomach are abnormal in movement and transformation,gather and generate dampness,and diarrhea lasts for a long time.It can secret accumulation,distemper fullness,transform heat,and gather dampness.The treatment methods can be as follows:opening bitterness and reducing qi,clearing away heat and dampness,removing dampness and heat,warming yang and dispersing cold,and helping spleen and kidney.For a long time,it is easy to dissipate essence,so spleen deficiency diarrhea should be strengthened and dampness seeped,and the diarrhea should be stopped by astringent intestines.Commonly used raw coix seed,lotus seed,Euryale ferox three ingredients compatibility treatment.The common dosage in the prescription is 30-120 g for raw coix seed,15-30 g for lotus seed and 15-45 g for Euryale ferox.
