花宝金教授辨治癌性疼痛经验初探

Professor HUA Baojin’s Experience in Treating Cancer Pain

癌性疼痛是指恶性肿瘤、肿瘤相关性病变及抗癌治疗所致的疼痛,是肿瘤患者最常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者生存质量。中医药在整体观与辨证论治等中医理论的指导下治疗癌性疼痛在临床取得良好疗效。中医认为癌性疼痛病机主要为正虚"不荣"为本,邪实"不通"为标,虚实夹杂,"不荣则痛"与"不通则痛"兼夹出现。花宝金教授从事中西医结合肿瘤防治工作多年,具有丰富的临床经验。花教授以扶正培本为基本治则、兼以祛邪解毒,调理气机升降、调畅情志等法治疗癌性疼痛在临床取得良好疗效。

Cancer pain refers to the pain caused by malignant tumor,tumor related lesions and anti-cancer treatment.It is one of the most common complications of cancer patients,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Under the guidance of integrated conception and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine has been effective in treating cancer pain.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of cancer pain is mainly based on the asthenia of healthy qi,sthenia of pathogenic factors,and mixture of asthenia and sthenia.Professor HUA Baojin has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer with integrated Chinese and Western medicine for many years,and has rich clinical experience.Professor HUA has achieved good results in clinical treatment of cancer pain with the methods of reinforcing the vital qi and consolidating the constitution,eliminating pathogenic factors and detoxifying,regulating the ascending and descending of qi activity,harmonizing functional activities of qi and so on.
