菖蒲郁金汤联合耳穴贴压对抽动障碍患儿智力及血清EAA、RBP、叶酸、VB12水平的影响

Effects of Changpu Yujin Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Pressing on Intelligence Development and the Levels of Serum EAA,RBP, Folic Acid,VB in Children with Tic Disorder

目的探讨加味菖蒲郁金汤联合耳穴贴压对抽动障碍患儿智力及血清兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、叶酸、VB12水平的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月收治的120例抽动障碍患儿,将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用盐酸硫必利片加耳穴贴压进行治疗,观察组在此基础上给予加味菖蒲郁金汤进行治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月。结果与治疗前比较,治疗3个月后,2组VIQ、PIQ、FIQ水平均升高,且观察组均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组YGTSS评分均降低,且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清EAA、RBP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组叶酸、VB12水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论加味菖蒲郁金汤联合耳穴贴压,可降低抽动障碍患儿血清EAA、RBP水平,纠正患儿神经递质失调状态;升高患儿叶酸、VB12水平,修复其受损神经组织;并能减轻患儿抽动严重程度,改善其智力发育情况,且不良反应较低,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Jiawei Changpu Yujin decoction combined with auricular point pressing on intelligence development and the levels of serum EAA,RBP,folic acid,VB12 in children with tic disorder.Methods A total of 120 children with tic disorder who were treated in our hospital between May 2018 and May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=60).The control group was treated with conventional thibir hydrochloride tablets and auricular acupressure,and the observation group was given Jiawei Changpu Yujin decoction on the basis of this.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The intelligence development,tics severity,and biochemical index levels of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The incidence of side effects during the treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before treatment,after 3 months of treatment,the levels of VIQ,PIQ,and FIQ in the two groups increased,and the observation group was obviously higher than the control group (P<0.05).The scores of YGTSS in the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of serum EAA and RBP decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The levels of serum folic acid and VB12 increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of side effects in the observation group was 5.00%,which was obviously lower than 23.33% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Changpu Yujin decoction combined with auricular point sticking can reduce the levels of serum EAA and RBP in children with tic disorder,correct children neurotransmitter imbalance state;increase the levels of folic acid and VB12 in children,repair the damaged nerve tissue,reduce the severity of tics in children,improve their mental development,and have low side effects.It is worth promoting.
