葵花盘不同产地、不同部位总黄酮含量的变化分析

Analysis of the Change of Total Flavonoids Content in Helianthi Annui Rhachis from Different Producing Areas and Different Tissues

目的建立一种葵花盘总黄酮的含量测定方法,比较不同产地、部位总黄酮含量,分析葵花盘黄酮类成分的代谢分布规律。方法建立优化葵花盘总黄酮的含量测定方法,采取UV测定并比较不同地区及不同部位的总黄酮含量。采用SPSS 23.0进行数据分析。结果重复性RSD=1.96%(n=6),加样回收率为100.92%,RSD=2.59% (n=6)。不同地区、部位的葵花盘总黄酮的分布有明显差别。结论该方法准确、简便,为葵花盘的质量控制提供了科学依据。葵花盘总黄酮的积累分布具有生境和部位的选择性,同一产地不同部位总黄酮含量由高到低依次为:膜质托片>苞片>花梗残基>海绵体。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Helianthi annui rhachis,and to compare the content of total flavonoid in different producing areas and different tissues.Methods Optimize the determination method of total flavonoids in Helianthi Annui Rhachis.UV spectrophotometry was used to compare the content of total flavonoids in different producing areas and different tissues.SPSS 23.0 for data analysis.Results The repeatability RSD was 1.96% (n=6).The recovery rate was 100.92% with RSD=2.59% (n=6).There was a significant difference in the distribution of total flavonoids in different areas and different tissues.Conclusion The method is accurate and simple and provides scientific basis for the quality control of Helianthi annui rhachis.The distribution of total flavonoids in Helianthi annui rhachis with habitat and tissue selectivity.The contents of total flavonoids in different parts of the same origin were ranked as follows:Membrane stalks>bract>Pedicel residues>Sponge tissue.
