器官纤维化防治的方剂学异病同治研究

Research of Same Treatment of Different Diseases on the Prescription for Prevention and Treatment of Organ Fibrosis

器官纤维化不仅威胁人类的健康及生存质量,还会转变为不可逆的脏器硬化,导致器官功能衰竭,危及生命。因此,在器官纤维化阶段的积极防治是阻止病程发展,乃至逆转为正常状态的关键。近年来,不少中医药工作者在中医理论指导下对器官纤维化从整体、细胞以及基因调控水平进行了多层次、多角度的实验研究,取得了一定进展。为揭示各器官纤维化的病理机制及中药作用机理,发现中医药防治器官纤维化的共同性与特异性规律,对近年来中医药方剂防治器官纤维化的相关研究进行回顾研究。

Organ fibrosis not only affects the quality of human life,but also evolves into irreversible organ sclerosis leading to organ failure and even life-threatening.Therefore,active treatment in the stage of organ fibrosis is the key to preventing the progression of the disease,and even to the normal state.In recent years,many Chinese medicine practitioners have carried out multi-level and multi-angle experimental research on organ fibrosis from the overall,cellular and gene regulation levels under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and made some progress.In order to reveal the pathological mechanism of the fibrosis of various organs and the principle of action of traditional Chinese medicine,we found that the commonality and specificity of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat organ fibrosis,and retrospective studied the experimental research and clinical research on the prevention and treatment of organ fibrosis in recent years.
