随着社会的发展,我国装配式建筑行业的发展也有了一定的进步。城市化与工业化进程的加快,使我国可利用土地资源被快速消耗,但社会对住房以及装配式建筑空间的需求始终处于高速上涨状态,因此,我国逐步提高装配式建筑的空间利用效率,以提升装配式建筑高度的方式来满足社会对装配式建筑空间的需求,从而不断建设大量装配式建筑。

With the development of society,the development of prefabricated construction industry in China has also made some progress.With the acceleration of urbanization and industrialization,China's available land resources are consumed rapidly,but the social demand for housing and prefabricated building space is always rising at a high speed.Therefore,China gradually improves the space use eficiency of prefabricated buildings,in order to improve the height ofprefabricated buildings to meet the social demand for prefabricated building space,so as to continuously build alarge number of prefabricated buildings.
