新防排烟技术在物流建筑中的应用问题探究 被引量:2

摘要 结合GB51157—2016《物流建筑设计规范》(以下简称物流规范)以及GB51251—2017《建筑防烟排烟系统技术标准》(以下简称新防排烟规范)中的相关条文;提出防烟分区的划分应尽可能地参照新防排烟规范进行划分,物流建筑设计高度应尽可能大于9mD对于确有需要设计高度在6~9m的物流建筑,也可使用物流规范规避设置挡烟垂壁。通过理论分析提出了临界建筑面积的概念,指出当排烟区建筑面积大于临界建筑面积时,采用新防排烟规范计算所需最小开窗面积的方法较为合理。建议在设计物流建筑时应尽可能提高单个防烟分区的建筑面积。对于自然排烟窗开启方式及有效面积的规定,指出物流规范的不足,建议在设计物流建筑时,对于窗户的开启方式不一定要限制采用下悬窗,同时应严格计算窗户的有效面积以作为自然排烟窗面积。 Combining the relevant provisions in the GB 51157-2016 Code for Design of Logistics Building(hereinafter referred to as the logistics code) and the GB 51251-2017 Technical Standard for Smoke Management Systems in Buildings(hereinafter referred to as the new smoke management code), it is proposed that the division of smoke zones should use the new smoke management code as far as possible, the designed height of logistics building should be greater than 9 m as much as possible. For a logistics building with a height between 6 and 9 m,which is a indeed necessary, can also use the logistics code to circumvent the draft curtain. This paper puts forward the concept of critical building area through theoretical analysis. It is pointed out that when the building area of smoke exhaust area is greate than the critical building area, the new smoke management code to calculating the minimum window area required is more reasonable. It is also recommended to increase the building area of a single smoke zones as much as possible when designing a logistics building. The paper points out the shortcomings of the logistics code about the natural smoke vent regulations of opening methods and effective window area. It is suggested that it is not necessary to restrict the use of underslung windows on designing logistics buildings, at the same time, the effective window area should be strictly calculated as the area of natural smoke vent.
