摘要 青岛市城阳区现代有轨电车示范线工程为国内首个轨道交通领域的EPC建设项目,针对前旺疃车辆场用地紧张、工程建设周期短、工程总体质量要求高等特点,给排水及消防系统采用室内消防用水从市政管网直接抽水,不设消防水池的方式;气体顶压设备替代高位水箱,以满足工程对屋面景观的要求;联合检修库含油废水采用地埋式一体化处理设备等措施;在满足功能需求的前提下最大限度地考虑了本工程对景观、节能、环保、经济的要求。 The modern tram demonstration line project in Chengyang District of Qingdao City is the first EPC construction project in the field of rail transit in China. In view of the characteristics of land shortage in Qianwangtuan depot, short construction period and high overall quality requirements of the project, the water supply and drainage and fire fighting system uses indoor fire fighting water to directly pump water from the municipal pipe network without a fire fighting pool. Gas jacking equipment replaces the high-level water tank to meet the requirements of the project on roof landscape. Measures such as buried integrated treatment equipment shall be adopted for oily wastewater in the joint maintenance warehouse. On the premise of meeting the functional requirements, the requirements of the project for landscape, energy saving,environmental protection and economy are considered to the greatest extent.
