摘要
地铁区间盾构施工过程中管片局部开裂破碎的现象较为普遍,在密实卵砾石地层中尤为突出,影响着地下结构的安全性及耐久性。论文通过对管片全生命周期的影响因素进行分析,采用理论推导和有限元分析手段对手孔周边及素混凝土区域和管片端面的应力进行分析,并提出针对性的配筋优化方案。
Local cracking and fragmentation of segments during the construction process of shield tunnel in subway is a common phenomenon,especially severe in gravel stratum, which is affecting the safety and durability of underground structures. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the whole life cycle of the segment, analyzes the stresses around the hole, the plain concrete area and the end face of the segment by theoretical derivation and finite element analysis, and proposes an effective reinforcement optimization scheme.
