地铁工程建设期间涉及的施工工艺流程复杂、机械设备较多,其风险性、事故率都非常高。而随着近年来各地城市的快速发展,对于地铁工程的需求日渐增多,但对于地铁工程施工期间的安全管理工作仍旧存在缺陷。经统计分析,人员不安全行为是造成地铁施工事故问题的主要原因之一,要想从根本上进行控制,必须在地铁工程施工期间对人员不安全行为进行科学管理。论文分析了地铁工程施工中出现人员不安全行为的主要原因,提出针对人员不安全行为所采取的管理措施。

The construction process involved in the construction of subway project is complex, the machinery and equipment are more, its risk and accident rate are very high. With the rapid development of cities in recent years, the demand for subway projects is increasing, but there are still some defects in the safety management during the construction of subway projects. According to the statistical analysis, the unsafe behavior of people is one of the main causes of subway construction accidents. In order to control fundamentally, it is necessary to scientifically manage the unsafe behavior of people during the construction of subway projects. The paper analyzes the main reasons for the unsafe behavior of people in the construction of subway engineering, and puts forward the management measures for the unsafe behavior of personnel.
