摘要
研究一种基于重影优化的LED台灯设计方法。建立常规LED台灯模型,将LED线阵点光源通过导光板以及扩散板的二次配光转化成均匀的面光源。测试效果表明,模型设计效果良好,光效利用率高。对5种不同规格的台灯产品进行5种不同高度的重影测试对比,实验结果验证了此模型设计的可行性。
A design method of LED table lamp based on ghosting optimization was studied.A conventional LED table lamp model was established,and the LED point light source was converted into a uniform surface light source through the secondary light distribution of the light guide plate and the diffusion plate.The test results show that the model design has good effect and the light utilization rate is high.Five different heights of ghost test were carried out on five different specifications of table lamp products,and the feasibility of the model design was verified by comparative experiment.
